Rooted in Family
Rooted Families provides an opportunity for parents to have a shared experience with their children. Workshops for children and adults are often separated. This workshop acknowledges that age is just a continuum and that both adults and children can learn and grow from nature. Not only do they learn from nature, but they learn from each other growing in connection to both the land and one another.
Rooted Families is a 12-week program that provides parents with the information needed to become earth stewards. Within the 12 weeks, parents have six (6) opportunities to use what they have learned online (Zoom) each week at an in-person nature/farm experience so that they may raise earth steward children.
